Overview DJTK-BP series electronic control adopts frequency conversion speed regulation control method, which is suitable for controlling single-rope winding type or multi-rope friction type mine hoist driven by AC squirrel cage type (rotor short-circuited winding type) asynchronous motor. Rope, multi-rope mine and hoist matching design, can be matched with the newly installed hoist, and also suitable for the technical transformation of the old hoist control. It controls the starting, acceleration, constant speed, deceleration, crawling, stopping and reversing of AC asynchronous motors with a capacity of 1000KW (single machine) or 2000KWV (double machine) and below, and has complete electrical protection and interlocking. The electric control cabinet adopts the frame type and profile cabinet structure, the wiring in the cabinet adopts the wire trough, and the wiring is routed in front of the board. Cabinet door materials are available in two forms: steel plate and glass door.

The high-voltage auxiliary cabinet includes functional units, control and protection, and instrumentation equipment. Appropriate space is reserved for each device to facilitate access and maintenance. The high-voltage auxiliary cabinet operates safely under the maximum short-circuit condition, and can withstand the electrical and mechanical stress caused by it. .
