Multi-rope friction hoist
Purpose and scope of application
The multi-rope friction hoist is mainly used for the hoisting and transportation of ground shafts in coal mines, metal mines and non-metal mines. It forms a hoisting system together with hoisting wire ropes, motors, electric control systems and hoisting containers to realize mine hoisting and lowering of personnel, equipment, ores and materials.

working principle
Composition of multi-rope friction hoist: It is mainly composed of electric motor, reducer, main shaft device, guide wheel device, depth indicator, braking device, hydraulic station and signal device, electric control and other components.
The closed wire rope with the container hanging in the middle is wound on the reel. When the motor drives the reel to rotate, the container is lifted and lowered by the friction between the wire rope and the reel liner; the speed is adjusted by electrical transmission; the disc brake is hydraulically driven Realize braking with electrical control; indicate the running position of the container through the depth indicator indicating system; monitor and protect the whole machine through the mechanical, electrical and hydraulic combined system realized by various sensors and control elements.

Technical Features
1. According to the requirements of the maximum static tension difference of the hoist, single brake disc or double brake disc friction wheel can be configured.
2. The friction liner with friction coefficient of 0.25 is selected. The friction liner of the floor-type friction hoist is a double rope groove and is equipped with a rope pulling device, and the tower type is a single rope groove; the fixed block and the pressing block are made of phenolic resin.
3. The sky wheel and guide wheel device equipped with PVC liner are adopted.
4. The cylinder rear disc brake is adopted, and the electric-hydraulic joint control is adopted. The hydraulic station adopts two types of medium and low pressure and medium and high pressure. Can be equipped with pressure sensor and pressure transmitter;
5. Equipped with two electronic control systems of DC speed regulation and frequency conversion speed regulation.
