Model Description

The composition of the winch system
The winch electronic control system can be simply divided into: control system (main control system, auxiliary control system), speed control system (speed control system, power supply system), monitoring system (host computer, console), the structure of the winch electronic control system as the picture shows.

Features
1. The electric control cabinet adopts the frame type and profile cabinet structure. The wiring in the cabinet adopts the wire trough, and the wire is routed in front of the board. The upper part of the cabinet is equipped with lifting rings, and the lower part has installation and fixing holes, which is convenient for hoisting and fixing.
2. The mature and reliable S7 series PLC of Germany's SIEMENS company is selected as the core control element to replace the time relay in the original delay circuit, with high control time accuracy, reliable action and easy maintenance.
3. The electronic control system has the function of emergency driving.
