Overview
The DJTK-PC type hoist control system is suitable for controlling the single-rope winding mine hoist driven by the AC winding asynchronous motor. The rated voltage of the AC winding asynchronous motor is AC low voltage 380V, low voltage 660V, high voltage 6kV and 10kV. It can be matched with the newly installed hoist, and is also suitable for the technical transformation of the old-fashioned hoist control.
Features
1. The electric control cabinet adopts the frame type and profile cabinet structure, the wiring in the cabinet adopts the wire trough, and the wiring is routed in front of the board. Cabinet door materials are available in two forms: steel plate and glass door.
2. Full digital control and monitoring functions. The product is equipped with two sets of programmable logic controllers, one set to complete the production process control, one set to complete the operation process control, the two sets of controllers monitor each other, and jointly complete the important protection of the operation process.
3. This product has multiple safety protections, and implements important protection redundancy design to fully meet the safety protection requirements.
4. Intelligent control console, human-computer interaction interface, simple system operation and convenient maintenance, it is an ideal control equipment for modern mine production and transportation.
