JP, JPB series raking winches

JP and JPB series raking winches are mainly used for mineral handling and filling work in pits or open pits in metal, chemical, building materials and other mines. It can also be used for raking minerals on the underground working surface of coal mines. The winch is only suitable for raking slopes with a horizontal and inclination angle not greater than 50 degrees, and cannot be used as a lifting device.

JP and JPB series raking winches are mainly used for mineral handling and filling work in pits or open pits in metal, chemical, building materials and other mines. It can also be used for raking minerals on the underground working surface of coal mines. The winch is only suitable for raking slopes with a horizontal and inclination angle not greater than 50 degrees, and cannot be used as a lifting device.
The driver can operate by hand beside the winch, or use the button to perform distance control several meters or tens of meters away from the winch.
According to user requirements, the winch motor and electric control are available in flameproof or non-flameproof type. There are two types of rakes: heavy and light. The heavy rakes can be used for rock raking, and the light rakes can be used for coal raking. Heavy-duty harrow buckets are divided into three structural types: fixed, folding and double-sided harrow teeth. The rake teeth are made of high manganese steel, which has the advantages of stable quality and long service life.
