The standard rail and rail passenger device (hereinafter referred to as the passenger device or the passenger car) for the inclined shaft (lane) of the coal mine is a new type of ideal safety equipment for coal mines and mine transportation personnel. The passenger device runs on the rail throughout the whole process, and has the functions of broken rope braking, manual braking and overspeed protection braking. The train has linkage braking function; the braking method is hydraulic braking. It has reliable and stable movement and braking, strong anti-rollover ability and good safety performance, which effectively solves the problem of safe transportation of personnel in long-distance and large-slope undulating roadways in coal mines.
The truck-rail passenger device is composed of a braking passenger car at the end and a non-braking passenger car in the middle connected by a connecting rod and a safety chain, and is pulled by a hoist to run on a special ordinary track.
The rail-carrying device is suitable for ordinary rail systems of 30Kg/m and above with a gauge of 600mm (900mm). The number of vehicles varies, but no more than 3 vehicles.

According to the safety signs management plan for people and vehicles in ordinary rail inclined shafts in coal mines, according to the safety signs of National Mining Products Safety Signing Center Co., Ltd.: "On December 16, 2016, the State Administration of Safety Supervision issued the "State Administration of Safety Supervision on Notice on Printing and Distributing the Catalogue of Outdated Safety Technology, Process and Equipment (2016)" (Safety Supervision Technology [2016] No. 137), including ordinary rail inclined shafts in coal mines in the elimination catalog, and clearly requiring "common rail fork-claw type personnel The use of the vehicle is prohibited after 3 years (December 16, 2019), and the use of ordinary rail-mounted passenger vehicles is prohibited after 5 years (December 16, 2021). "
In order to implement the notice, in accordance with the relevant regulations on the management of safety signs for mining products, the following management plans are implemented for the management of safety signs for people and vehicles in ordinary rail inclined shafts in coal mines:
1. From now on, applications for product safety signs for ordinary rail inclined shafts will no longer be accepted.
2. For products that have been accepted but have not been issued with safety signs, the application for safety signs will be terminated.
3. For products that have obtained safety marks, their safety marks will be cancelled uniformly when the specified prohibition period expires.

1. The hydraulic system is an important part of the passenger vehicle, which is mainly used to complete the braking and release of the vehicle.
The brake cylinder is a hydraulic brake with the same braking principle as the hoist disc brake. When braking, the system releases pressure, and the butterfly spring force pushes the hard alloy on the brake block to press the track surface, and the pallet braking surface is inserted into the track. Bottom, upper and lower brakes improve braking reliability. During operation, the system boosts the pressure, and the hard alloy of the brake pads and the pallets are separated from the track surface, and the passenger car runs safely.
2. The rail-mounted passenger car is equipped with a guide wheel set, which is stuck on the track, which can prevent the vehicle from rolling over and falling off the road. Both the guide wheel and the lower brake block have the ability to prevent rollover, the anti-drop force is large, and the train runs smoothly.
3. Vehicle emergency braking - broken rope protection
When the main traction rod of the head car is running on a slope, the dead weight of the train overcomes the force of the return spring and pulls out the main traction rod to force the cut-off reversing valve to be in a closed state, and the system runs under pressure. Once the rope is broken, the rebound system releases the pressure and brakes.
4. Emergency braking of passenger cars – overspeed protection
When the speed of the vehicle exceeds 1.15 times of the maximum design speed, the centrifugal releaser will act to open the control valve of the brake device, the oil return circuit will form a passage, the hydraulic oil of the brake cylinder will return to the oil quickly, and the system will release the pressure and brake.
5. Hydraulic system protection function - undervoltage alarm
The under-pressure alarm protection device is composed of a pressure control valve, a gas storage tank, a whistle and a hydraulic pipeline, and is connected to the hydraulic system. When the system pressure drops to a preset value, the pressure control element opens the pneumatic switch whistle to send an alarm signal.
6. Brake protection function - leakage communication system and hoisting machine control joint control function
A pressure switch is installed on the brake oil pipe of the passenger device to detect the pressure value. When the pressure value is less than the preset value, the pressure switch will act, and a blocking signal will be sent through the wireless vehicle-mounted terminal (signal handset), and the safety relay of the leakage communication system host will act. The output relay contact of the host disconnects the winch safety circuit and implements safe braking.
3. Special track system
The rail riding device is suitable for the national standard ordinary rail, the original 30Kg/m 38Kg/m 43Kg/m standard (ordinary) rail, no need to replace the rail, but the existing standard rail double-sided splint connection needs to be changed to a dedicated rail before installation and application The connection method of the card rail, the transformation steps are as follows:
1. Remove the connecting plate of the track joint in the track line, hollow out the rail bottom at the position of the track joint, and reserve the installation space for the special track connector;
2. Install special rail connectors (rail splints) that match the rail type, and special high-strength bolts to connect the two rail connectors (rail splints);
3. The anchor rod of the track connector (track splint) is fixed on the ground, and a set of anchor rods are punched to the bottom plate every 10m, and the pulling force of each anchor rod is not less than 45KN;
4. The protruding height of the track pressure plate and bolts (road studs) along the way shall not be less than 70mm lower than the top surface of the track;
5. The gap between the track joints shall not be greater than 5mm, the height and left and right errors shall not be greater than 2mm, and the track joint sleepers shall be installed at the joints to be padded and the bearing capacity shall not be less than 12.5T.
6. The newly installed track can be fixed with a special track connector (track splint), which is easy to install and does not need to be drilled on the track, saving installation time and track replacement costs;
