2. Features of JYB16×1.4 transport winch:
1. On the basis of the original two sets of brakes, this winch adds a set of hydraulic braking device and depth indicator device. The hydraulic brake device is separated from the working brake and acts on the drum brake wheel independently, increasing the spring and increasing the braking force. The device consists of brake block, brake arm, lever, spring, electric hydraulic pusher. The spring tension makes the brake shoe hold the brake wheel on the reel through the lever to generate a braking torque. After the power is turned on, the hydraulic pusher works, pushes the connecting rod to move, the brake block is separated from the drum brake wheel, and the brake is released. After the power is cut off, the brake shoe holds the drum brake wheel tightly by the spring tension to generate braking. The hydraulic push rod motor and the main motor are interlocked on the circuit, that is to say, if the main motor is to be turned on, the electric hydraulic push rod motor must be turned on before the main motor can be started.

3. The frame of the winch is changed from a cast structure to a steel plate welded structure. After aging, it has good mechanical properties, simple structure and convenient installation.
