1. Accurately study and judge mine safety risks

Pay close attention to the mining and continuous tension of coal mines, and strictly prevent serious accidents caused by substandard and ineffective disaster management. Mining enterprises should pay close attention to major disasters and risks such as water, fire, gas, ground pressure, falling tank cars, slope collapse, tailings dam collapse and leakage, and organize professional and technical personnel to carry out safety risks in various systems and links of the mine. Identify and evaluate, formulate safety risk management and control measures, implement management and control responsibilities, and strictly prevent leakage and loss of control.

2. Strictly prepare for the resumption of work and production in mines

Before the mine resumes work and production, a work and production resumption plan must be formulated according to the safety production and the return of personnel. The main person in charge of the mining enterprise should organize the safety production management personnel and professional technical personnel to carry out research and judgment on the safety risk of resumption of work and production, re-educate and retrain the safety knowledge for the personnel returning to work after the holiday, strengthen the safety production awareness of the returning personnel, and improve the safe operation skills. The person in charge of each professional shall organize a comprehensive investigation of hidden dangers in each system, and carefully check the ventilation, drainage, lifting and transportation, gas extraction, safety monitoring, personnel location monitoring, tailings pond flood discharge and safety monitoring and other systems to ensure that important equipment is in good condition. , The system is running normally, and all kinds of hidden dangers are in place. Various key personnel such as key positions in the mine and special operations must be in place. When carrying out dangerous operations such as airtight unsealing, coal bunker cleaning, hot work, climbing operations, and heavy object lifting, there must be special personnel on-site safety supervision. Resumption of work and production in violation of regulations will lead to production safety accidents due to the arrival of the post, the lack of key personnel, the inadequate management of hidden dangers, the abnormal operation of the production system, and the incomplete equipment and facilities.

3. Strict mine resumption standards and procedures

Mine safety supervision departments at all levels must strictly control the resumption of work and production in mines, find out the bottom line of mines that have stopped production and stop production, and strictly prevent mines from concealing and falsely reporting the situation of suspension of production and production to avoid the inspection and supervision of resumption of work and production. 5. Strengthen service guidance
